Well to me, it does.
Anywho. I just wanna say sorry to the people who actually reads my blogs. haha. I haven't had time to blog because I've been just sooo darn busy with everything. I have sooo many things to blog about because many things has happened in the past one week.
My last post was a week ago. So I have many to tell and to catch up on.
The past 2 days I have been studying like crazy. Yesterday I had an irish test. Today, I had a home-ec test and after that I had a science test. I feel like snoozing off any time right now.
I didn't really study that much for my irish test because I sorta kn
ew it already. It was just revising so it wasn't that stressful for me. Home-ec was a problem. 7chapters. All about Consumer Studies. waaaah. I wish I could go back in time, because my home-ec teacher told us about the test like a month ago. She gave us a month warning that we were going to have a test. And a month to study. And did I study during the whole month? No.

Since the start or 3rd year. This was my first home-ec test so I really wanted to do well in it. Hopefully I did well. I studied my ass off during Sunday and Monday. And if I don't get an A. Atleast anything but a D or less.
To make it worst. I had a science test afterwards. Which I absolutely DID NOT study for. I repeat DID NOT study for. I was focussing on my home-ec that I didnt have time to study for science. I got my result back....after we finish the test because our partners in science corrected it. Such a bummer because in the previous tests I've been getting A's in science. And today. I got a C. Well...atleast I didn't fail...People say it's good for someone who didn't study. But I didn't want to break my rows of A's. And I broked it today. [sigggggh] I promise. Next test. I will do better.
I promise.
Anyway. I wanna tell you guys about my Thursdays and Fridays and Saturdays. Two words. TOTALLY AWESOME. My mam's friend and her family was coming over to visit us for just 2 days because they were on a Europ trip. They went to Rome - Paris - London - and lastly Dublin. They arrived here last Thursday, in the afternoon. They stayed with us in our 3 bedroom house, one bathroom, a small living room, small kitchen and a small dining room. Well everything is small to them being compared to their house in Chicago. It is enourmous. It's probaly twice the size of my house.
They arrived at the house in the afternoon. Around 4'clock-ish. I arrived home from school so I was there to greet them and to welcome them. My dad was the one who picked them up from the Airport. There was 5 of them and my goodness. They have soo many luggages. Well..obviously they have loads of luggages after spending a day in Paris (capital city of fashion) and in London. Where I heard, they went shopping in Haffords. Fancy eh?
The first night...we didn't go anywhere. We just stayed at home because to be honest, there is absolutely nothing to do here. For me. I find Ireland a boring country. Sorry if I offended anyone by saying that sentence. But it's my opinion. And I think it's true.
The two adults slept in mine and my sister's bedrooms while the 3 children slept downstairs in the living room with us. It was fun. Sorta. I just wanna say I love their American Accent. I really wanna get an American Accent. I have no idea why? I just find their accent better than the English or Irish accent. haha. We played Guitar hero during the whole night and watched the movie Mean Girls. That was our bonding time. haha. We, us children already met in America 3 years ago? And we hitted off and became good friends. But 3 years has past on not seeing each other. We just felt awkward so we needed to renew our friendship and during that night we renewed it. haha. We got casual and became ourselves around each other again.
The next day. Friday. We toured them around Dublin. They were determined to try the famous Irish's Fish N Chips . haha. Sooo we took them to a Fish and Chips store and that was what we had for lunch:) During the rest of the day...we took the Dublin Tour Bus. The Dublin Tour Bus toured us around Dublin. Every famous building we saw. Every tourist spot in Dublin we saw. Even Vince Vaughn we saw. Ohmygoodness!! Vince Vaughn. The famous actor. Who was in Break up - Dodgeball - Couples Retreat etc.
WE SAW HIM. AND EVEN MORE SHOCKING NEWS. HE WAS ON THE SAME TOUR BUS AS US!!! ohmy. Just very overwhelmed. My friend spotted him while he was coming out of a building...and he hopped on the Dublin Tour bus. WOW. And he was sitting in front of us. I'm not lying. I don't like lying. And I am telling the truth! He was in Ireland for an radio interview and a Tv interview on the Late Late show. wow. Can't believe I saw Vince Vaughn. I could have gotten a picture with him but seeing that it's me. I was shy to ask him. hahaha. Also..didn't even had a pen or paper with me to ask for his autograph. [Reminder to myself - Always carry a pen and a paper incase you see any famous people] haha.
The back of Vince Vaughn.
Vince Vaughn and someone posing for the people who had cameras. haha.
Well...I'm sure. The Chicago's would say that Dublin was the best part of their trip because that was where they saw Vince Vaughn. haha.
Where was I. ohyeahhh. We toured them and that was it. Going on the Dublin's Tour bus was very fun for me. Going to the tourist spots made me feel like a tourist aswel. It was like as if I have never seen or been to the place before. I took so many pictures with my camera and I probaly took more pictures than the real Chicago Tourists. hahahaha. The day ended with a happy face on everyone because we all saw Vince Vaughn. haha.
The next day. Saturday. They left ): Early in the morning. 4am. Everyone in the house woke up at around 3am. We said our goodbyes to them and hopefully that we will see them soon this December and if not, hopefully next Summer.
Having visitors in my house just makes the house more alive. It brightens up the atmostphere and just changes everything! Thats all really I have to say. That's what happened to me in the past week.
Enjoy reading.
Jomarie out.
